The Youth PWHL Experience League is the only Girls Elite Level Travel Hockey Spring League in NYS. The Youth PWHL Experience League is made up of the top female players from Buffalo, Rochester, Syracuse, Utica, and surrounding areas. Players must be drafted to a team to participate. This is not an open registration league. There truly is nothing like it! 

The 2025 Youth PWHL Experience Season will potentially have 3 Divisions:
Division 1:  Birth Years 2009-2010
Division 2:  Birth Years 2011-2012 (potential for exceptional 2013s)
Division 3:  Birth Years 2013-2014 (potential for exceptional 2015s)

Unofficial Details:
Begins Early April 2025
10 Game Regular Season (Saturday or Sunday mornings)
Games Alternate between Buffalo & Rochester
1 Playoff Game (top 4 teams in division)
1 Championship Game (top 2 teams from playoffs)
All Star Game & Skills Competition (by selection)
1 Skating & Skills Session per Week (weekday evening / optional package)
Pro Dye Sublimated Reversible Jersey & Socks
